* If you request additional services by the Transportation Carriers these carriers will charge for services that are beyond the scope of normal delivery. For example; charges such as, sort and segregate, lift gate, inside delivery, notification, change of delivery address, etc. If the shipment is prepaid freight then American Discount Tableware will notify you for your credit card information to bill you for these charges. You will be notified of these charges and before delivery will be made it is required that you provide us with your full credit card information, i.e. type of card (M/C, Visa, AMX, Discover) card number, expiration date, and CVV number, card holders name, address, city, state, and zip code. Collect shipments carrier will bill the consignee directly. Each carrier's charges vary. United Parcel and Federal Express do not call in advance or deliver at a specific time. There deliveries are during normal business hours and business days.
